(the “Company”) considers adequately protecting all the personal information for our customers important social responsibility; The Company promises to comply with laws, regulations and other rules regarding of personal information protection. The company constantly reviews and revises our policy to accommodate with laws, regulations and other rules. The company established following privacy policy to comply with proper management and operation.  

1. Definition of personal information

 

Personal information is the information regards of existing individual which is regulated in “Act on the Protection of Personal Information” that consists of “Fundamental Information” ”Incidental Information” ”Attribute Information” Following is all the definitions.

  • “Fundamental Information” is the information can be identified specific individual such as name, address, date of birth, phone number, email address etc.
  • ”Incidental Information” is the information submitted along with fundamental information such as an occupation and interests.
  • ”Attribute Information” is created information associated with the company such as ID, password, access history, purchase history etc.
 

2. Collecting personal information and purpose of use

 
  • The Company promises to show the purpose of utilization and will not obtain the Personal Information by a deception or unlawful means.
  • The company utilizes the personal information to fulfill the contract, after care, any services, and an advice for merchandise, in-house survey and researching data except the individual

4. Management and supervision of employee to secure personal information

 

The company shall strictly store and protect personal information they have obtained. The company shall properly instruct and supervise the employees in order to prevent the loss, damage, unlawful revealing or tampering to protect valued customers’ personal information. The company will promptly take care of the issue once it occurred.

 

5. Entrusted party of personal information

 

The company shall carefully examine and choose the party when they have to entrust all or a part of the handling of the personal information. The company has to sign a non-disclosure agreement with the entrusted party in order to take proper care of personal information.

 

6. Provision to Third Parties

 

The company does not provide the personal information they have obtained to a third party without the consent of the person beforehand except the following occasions.

  • The cases are shown from (1) ~ (4) in 3. Restricted use of the personal information.
  • The cases which give a following notice or official announcement in advance.
  • The company includes the provision to a third party for the purpose of use
  • The items of the personal data to be provided to a third party.
  • The means or method of provision to a third part.
  • The fact that the provision to a third party will be discontinued at the request of the person.

However, there might be a case that we disclose the personal information in order to improve our services. Therefore, if we do so, we absolutely promise that we will disclose the name, of management representative and customer, and the changed contents depending on the customer’s requests.

 

7. Disclosure of the Personal Information

 

The person asks the company to disclose their own personal information the company will disclose them without any delay. However by doing this way causes following cases, the company might not disclose all or part of the information. When the company has decided not to disclose they will notice you right away.

  • The cases which might harm somebody’s life, health, property or other rights.
  • The cases which might significantly hamper the company’s proper operation.
  • The cases which might violate any laws.

The company doesn’t basically disclose all the information such as access log other than fundamental information.

 

8. The Collection Personal Information and the Suspension of Use

 

The company will notify the person regarding of the result of the necessary research without any delay when the company is asked by the person to collect or delete some information or to suspend or delete their account.

 

9. The responsibility of explaining the reason

 

Regarding of requesting to release of the person’s various information The company will make effort to explain to the person the reason why when the company has decided the following.

  • The company has decided not to notify the purpose of use.
  • The company does not disclose all or part of retained personal information.
  • The company has decided not to discontinue using the retained personal information.
  • The company has decided not to stop releasing retained personal information to a third party.
